This is a key role in generating profit for Monument Promotions and its respective clients. Brand Ambassadors are tasked with attracting and acquiring new customers for campaigns they are assigned to by marketing their product/service/subscriptions. The delivery of client budgets is imperative to growth and depending on performance can see a Brand Ambassador advance through the company’s Business Development Program with the view to be able to run future Marketing Company locations.

Brand Ambassadors are expected to:
- Approach prospective customers in both residential environments and event sites organised by the Marketing Company;
- Keep up to date with product and client knowledge;
- Comply with industry legalities and codes of conduct;
- Guide customers through the sales process;
- Provide outstanding, professional customer service;
- Take all actions to increase the quality and retention of customers;
- Set personal sales targets and adjust their sales strategy accordingly;
- Review their own sales performance to improve conversion rates;
- Handle customer queries and objections;
