Purpose of Role
To ensure efficient Order to Cash management and Customer Service is delivered for Zapf and MGA
Key Skills
* SAP, D365 or equivalent ERP
* Order management
* Customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Works well in a global team
* Good knowledge of Excel, Teams and Outlook
Key Accountabilities
* Order to Cash management for multiple delivery channels
* Receipt and processing of standard and sample orders (including EDI)
* Inventory availability checks and order confirmation
* Open order reporting detailing delivery status, rejections, and date/quantity changes
* Assist customers with queries, investigate and resolve them accordingly
* Goods outbound
* Goods shipped
* Invoice queries management with Accounts Receivable
* Customer query responses
* Arrange credits and product uplifts
* Ensure pricing is set up for promotions and changing seasons
* Advise Order Management UK Lead of any ongoing concerns or risk to ensure effective service
* Liaise directly with the warehouse to coordinate all repacks, labelling and special deliveries
* Onboard new customers with the warehouse
* Produce shipping documents for deliveries and consolidate loads for efficiency
* International supply for orders direct from factory
* Develop relationships with customers to understand the specific needs of their business
* Liaise regularly and build partnerships with Sales Account Managers
* Deliver the highest level of customer service to both internal and external contacts
* Perform general administration duties
