* Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 days on-site - mandatory)

We are seeking a Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. This role is crucial for someone who has extensive experience in managing and operating payroll within a large organisation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, shaping and supporting the development of payroll solutions that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience of our processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Help shape and support the development of payroll solutions that improve the effectiveness, efficiency and user experience of the to-be process design during a new system implementation (Oracle Fusion).
2. Provide insight and oversight of Business as Usual (BAU) changes, ensuring alignment with the programme's direction and initiatives.
