Parts Administrator:
About the Role:
The Parts Department is essential to our business, supporting our Service and Engineering teams while keeping things running smoothly for our customers. This role offers variety, challenges, and the chance to grow in a supportive environment.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Coordinating with the Parts Manager and Supervisor to ensure seamless operations.
* Managing incoming deliveries and processing customer orders.
* Tracking and tracing orders to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
* Organising workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)
* Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch)
* Office based in Reading
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
We’re open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, including retail, trade counters ,logistics, material handling, or M&E engineering. If you’re an experienced administrator who ticks the boxes below, we’d love to meet you:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and data systems.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence.
