You will be supporting the Financial Planner and ensuring a smooth delivery of excellent client service and client communication, as per business processes. The Basics Client Relationship Manager Salary from £27k Mon Fri 9am 5pm (10am 4pm are core working hours, 35hr week with 1 hour lunch break Flexi-time available The Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Administration Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person) Prepare client documentation in advance of and following client meetings (as per business processes) Manage client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfaction Liaise with other team members on work progress per client account and keep clients in formed (as per business process) Assist in client meetings when required Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firms standards Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients (progress chasing) Send Letters of Authority and gather accurate information as per business process Produce portfolio valuations Organise client review meetings as per Annual Review Process Ensure back-office systems are kept up to date Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection & financial crime procedures/requirements The Skills & Requirements: Seeking a career in financial advice/wealth management Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Compassionate, empathetic and able to build relationships Highly organised and disciplined A positive attitude and willingness to help others Show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Strong Attention to detail Comfortable conversing naturally and positively with clients to understand their motivations Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire confidence with our clients Lemoncloud prides itself on partnering with places of work that encourage diversity, equality, and inclusion.
