The Role:
Within our older adults’ homes, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our Receptionist can provide a professional service and help create a positive experience for visitors from the start. What you'll do:
* Welcome visitors to the home: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome, and are directed to the correct location within the home.
* Answer telephone enquiries: Use your customer-focused approach to answer all telephone calls efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
* Maintain our home’s positive reputation: Deliver high standards of service to our residents, their families, friends, and other visitors to the home.

The current work pattern for this position is Tuesday – Friday. This role involves some bank holiday working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
