We are a highly motivated department, seeing in excess of 150,000 patients per year across 2 sites. You will be working in a team primarily based at Peterborough Hospital covering a variety of specialties including Dermatology, Urology, General Medicine / Surgical clinics and minor surgery.

The hours of work are around the needs of the service between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m., Monday to Friday but may include some Saturday work as necessary.

You will be working alongside the Multidisciplinary Team within the Outpatient Department, providing the highest quality care, maintaining clinical credibility and disseminating knowledge.

Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse
* Educated to GCSE level Maths and English
Experience
* Primary or secondary care experience
* Previous Outpatient Clinic Experience
Key Skills/Abilities
* Able to liaise with Patients, Carers, Visitors, Trust staff at all levels and various external organisations including GP Practices, Police and Prison Services
* Ability to operate effectively as part of a team
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work
* Ability to act as a role model and mentor
* Ability to use IT patient tracking and administration systems
