The role as Service Desk Technician
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Desk Technician to join our IT team based in Caterham, Surrey. Reporting to the Head of IT your primary responsibility will be to provide a hands-on IT support service for incidents and service requests.
You will assist with the maintenance and operation of our computer systems and software.
About you
You will be educated to GCSE level, including maths and english
Ideally you will have a BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field
ITIL Foundation v 3/4, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification and CompTIA A+ are also desirable
You will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
You will combine an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications with the importance of customer service.
