A growing SME in Surrey within the health care space, looking for a Head of Finance / Group Controller.
Job Description
1. Supervise the day-to-day running of the Finance Department, leading the team.
2. Lead the finance function, providing key financial reporting and analysis.
3. Be responsible for all elements of finance - FP&A, Group Consolidations, key reporting as well as the audit.
4. Manage a team of over 10 in finance.
5. Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting.
6. Lead all elements of FP&A.
7. Be responsible for the audit.
8. Reporting directly into the MD.
9. Look after the group consolidation.
10. VAT and Tax management.
11. Deliver the budget for the group for the 9 international branches.
12. Manage Treasury.
13. Help with ERP implementation.
14. Set up KPIs that give insight.
15. Manage company investments.
The Successful Applicant
1. Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.
3. Strong Excel skills.
4. SME experience.
5. Experience managing large teams.
What's on Offer
£80,000 - £90,000 + Benefits.
