Job Description
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a prestigious company in Taunton who work in the legal sector. They are looking to appoint a Legal Claims Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be the first point of contact for all new clients, so you must have expert customer service skills and ideally some legal knowledge.
Essential Skills:
1. High level of customer service skills and excellent telephone manner.
2. Ability to 'talk and type.'
3. Ideally legal knowledge.
4. Strong IT and typing skills.
5. High level of attention to detail.
Working Hours:
You are employed to work 40 hours per week. During the initial training period, your days and hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with one hour unpaid break. Following the initial training period, these hours will be organized according to a rota which The Company will notify you on at least one month in advance. The rota encompasses the following working patterns: 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday with one hour unpaid break (up to 2 shifts per month) and/or 0.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m. Monday to Thursday with one hour unpaid break (1 shift per week).
