Who you’ll be working with Digital Customer Experience (DCX) is a core part of Capgemini UK’s Application Services organisation. We specialise in the use of leading edge technologies to help our clients achieve business value though end-to-end digital transformation. We are Agile and DevOps enabled, cloud first organisation delivering omni-channel experiences that include UX/UI, Front End, Web and Commerce services and solutions. DCX is growing an Adobe practice in the UK due to interest shown by our clients, and the opportunities we are seeing across multiple markets and sectors. Adobe has selected Capgemini as a key growth partner in the UK&I from 2019 with the ability to leverage end-to-end capability and deliver customer success. The focus of your role We are looking for experienced and self-motivated people whose responsibility will be to help shape client’s strategies for the day-to-day management of their content using Adobe custom based or digital solutions. Reporting to the Adobe Practice Lead, you will work closely with our Sector, Account Management and Delivery teams to qualify, shape, secure and deliver new business. The successful candidate will need hands-on experience of using and managing content via the Adobe AEM CMS which is a pre-requisite for this role. This is an opportunity to join a growing team who will lead the Adobe solution and delivery across Capgemini UK&I. What you’ll do Liaise with the client and senior stakeholders to interpret their business requirements and create Adobe specific content strategies Write content and product specifications (when required) documentation for system components, conforming to the design and development standards defined for the project based on the list of templates and components Contribute towards estimating and planning the delivery of significant components of Adobe AEM solutions, in collaboration with the Business Analyst and technical lead Work closely with the client’s Product Owners, Content/CMS Managers, and Content teams to ensure the implementation of the strategy and the day-to-day content changes on AEM The management of the content on Development, UAT and Pre-Production environments, troubleshoot and deliver any CMS changes as part of the backlog Work closely with Designers, Copywriters and various internal/external stakeholders for the delivery of new content on AEM and Product Catalogues Select templates, components and modules, adding/editing content (multilingual copy, images, video, SEO metadata) as part of the content management Troubleshoot all content-related bugs and change requests Ensure the right level of accessibility standards are set and adhered to across all content Create and write documentation for end users, and provide training on AEM as required What you’ll bring Extensive, proven experience on using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS and Product Catalogues Background in Digital and eCommerce for consumer services 5-10 year’s experience in CMS Manager/Specialist roles using AEM Strong ability to prioritise changes, deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-pacing environment Excellent ability to drive effective delivery in cross-functional projects as part of an Agile delivery Excellent knowledge of AEM v6.X and above (Magento would also be a preference) Knowledge of good practice around usability, maintainability and accessibility Nice to have - working experience of Analytics, Audience Manager, Target and Campaign tool What we’ll offer you Professional development.
