This role will provide you with detailed knowledge of the Change of Tenancy process for incoming and exiting tenants, as well as the final bill process. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating accurate billing statements, ensuring timely account processing, and resolving customer queries from start to finish.
You will work across various systems and processes, addressing both standard and complex billing issues, while identifying solutions to any challenges that arise. You’ll collaborate with different teams to help address exceptions and provide seamless resolutions. What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
* Experience within an operational process improvement environment;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to learn new processes quickly;
* Experience of working within teams, sharing information and suggesting improvements;
* Good general PC skills including Microsoft Office.
