About Our Client
The client we are working with are large insurance brokers who provide services to a national client base and have numerous offices across the UK, mainly centralised in the South and North of the UK.
Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
1. Selling a diverse range of insurance products to both inbound and outbound customers.
2. Provide accurate quotations, process mid-term adjustments, and manage new and renewed policies efficiently.
3. Collect and input client information with precision while handling accounting procedures.
4. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business as an Insurance sales executive.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
7. Respond to inquiries from clients, insurers, and third parties promptly and professionally.
8. Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and other industry requirements.
9. Coordinate with insurers and third parties to effectively address client needs.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
2. Experience in insurance or client sales-based positions prior.
3. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
4. Confidence in presenting insurance products to potential clients.
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
