We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Recruitment Consultant with in the following sectors Medical Healthcare Care to join our established and respected Didcot office. Working alongside a supportive team. You will have previous recruitment experience with a sound knowledge of business development, account management and working to targets. You will be highly motivated and enjoy working to build successful long standing relationships with candidates and clients. Duties of Recruitment Consultant: Business development via a range of methods to include direct sales as well as online and offline engagement. Generating sales leads via research and networking. Supporting clients through the recruitment process, providing sound industry knowledge and guidelines. Successful Account Management of new and existing clients to foster strong relationships. Candidate sourcing utilising a range of methods to include job boards, advertising and headhunting techniques. Registering and interviewing candidates, both over the telephone and face-to-face. Supporting candidates through each stage of the recruitment process. Database management and compliance checks to include right to work ID check verification and reference checks. Completing admin tasks to include CV writing, documentation completion and record keeping. Keeping up to date with industry news and trends. Candidate Specification for Recruitment Consultant: Minimum of 12 Months agency experience Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities Full, clean driving licence Tenacious and resilient Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills A good knowledge of the driving sector Strong attention to detail Customer focused approach Demonstrable time management and organisational skills Please note: Only candidates with the relevant skills and experience will be contacted regarding this position.
