This is a developing post within our locality. The initial role will be to provide clinical and management support to the current Senior Nurses in our Derbyshire Dales Teams with the potential for line management of Senior Nurses and overall management of a specific team. In addition, they will lead in developing nursing services within Derbyshire Dales and implementing change alongside their fellow District Nurses, Clinical leads and the wider leadership team.
