AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services. As part of the AWS Region Expansion team, this Technical Program Manager role will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional projects related to reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence capabilities. In this role, you will be the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and technical workstreams. Your focus will be on managing the full lifecycle of reporting & analytical projects - from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and ongoing optimization. You will be accountable for delivering robust, automated reporting and BI solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. Key job responsibilities • Partner with business and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into project plans and technical solutions • Manage interdependent workstreams, aligning priorities and removing blockers to ensure on-time delivery • Design and implement processes for intake, prioritization, and execution of analytics projects • Drive adoption of new reporting and BI capabilities through training, documentation, and change management • Monitor project health, report on status/risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Identify opportunities to improve data processes, tooling, and infrastructure to support scalability and self-service • Define mechanisms for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reporting About the team About AWS Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences.
