Purpose Of The Role

The role is to provide outstanding customer service to our customers, suppliers and service providers across the business.
Responsibilities
You will as part of a team to deliver the very best for our customers which includes:
1. Communicate with customers by email to resolve pre-sale and after-sale enquiries.
2. Ability to build a rapport with customers to help them with enquiries including trade orders, product/stock information, tracking deliveries and returns.
3. Take ownership of customer service requests, this may involve liaising with other departments across both White Hinge and Dee Set.
4. Process customer orders in a timely manner to enable the warehouse operatives to pick and pack.
5. Ability to identify ways to improve processes in order to improve sales, brand loyalty and the customer service experience.
6. General administration duties.
Skills/Experience Required
1. Exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail.
2. Demonstrating a commitment to developing your own knowledge and abilities.
3. The ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
4. Be resourceful and self-organised, with the ability to prioritise.
5. Ability to work under pressure and be able to adapt.
Job Specifics
1. Working days: Monday - Friday.
2. Contract type: Permanent.
3. 37.5 hours per week.
4. Salary £22,308.00 per annum.
5. Location: Fenton, Stoke on Trent.
