Accounts Receivable Administrator
We are working with an International, growing business as they look for a proactive individual to oversee sales support for one of their three B2B territories.
This role also involves supporting an accounts assistant with invoice posting and a variety of accounting tasks, including assistance with month-end processes.
Main responsibilities will include
* Processing Sales Orders and Invoices
* Overseeing logistics matters
* Coordinating with Customers, the Warehouse and Sales Team
* Management of paperwork and documentation.
Desirable but not essential:
* SAP experience
Skills we are looking for:
* Experience with Exports
* Numerate
* Excellent data entry skills
* Good problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication and literacy skills
* Ability to retain a large amount of knowledge and apply it where necessary
* Organisation skills and ability to manage time efficiently
