Project Team Coordinator – Job Description
Wessex Electricals are a family run company based in Dorset, with over 60 years’ experience in the industry. Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced administrator with second-to-none customer service skills to join our Electricals division.
Based at our head office in Shaftesbury, you will work alongside other Administrators within the team where you will have specific individual responsibilities. There are however some shared tasks which will require you to work closely together and excellent communication between you all will be essential. The nature of this role requires an adaptable and resilient individual who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
This role is part of the Projects team who focus on the electrical contracting and energy projects in commercial and industrial sectors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordination of engineers and sending of their jobs to their hand-held devices.
* Ordering of materials, access equipment, accommodation, associated with jobs.
* To process electrical certificates & related documentation for project works, ensuring Management System procedures are adhered to.
* To administer daily adjustments to Project Team engineer timesheets & send weekly summary reports.
* Produce Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients as instructed by the Contract Managers in a timely manner to coincide with invoicing for month end targets.
* To answer the department telephones and take messages as necessary.
* Provide administrative support to the Project Team Contract Managers regarding the running of project works.

* Confident with Office365, Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
* Excellent ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet targets.

* Good problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
* Experience in a fast-paced customer facing role.
Remuneration:
* Salary £25,000 p/a (40 hours per week, office based, Mon-Fri)
* 24 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays.
