We are a leading provider of public services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service support in our busy contact centre, responding to a wide range of customer enquiries on various services provided by the Council.
You will work closely with our customers to resolve their queries efficiently and effectively, using your strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive experience for all.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices. You will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
