FIND is working exclusively with a leading education setting to recruit an HR Manager to join their team. This is a newly created position where the HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organisation.
This role is based 100% on site (with some flexibility during the school holidays) and would suit a current HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step into their first HR Manager role.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
1. Full oversight of the HR function.
2. Managing a small HR team.
3. Responsibility for managing all ER and HR cases.
4. Recruitment, vetting and onboarding of new staff.
5. Management of employment - Probation, reviews and performance management.
6. HR Project work as required.
The ideal candidate for this role:
1. Is an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor currently.
2. Has managed ER cases from beginning to end.
3. Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified - Desired not essential.
4. Is happy to be on site every day.
5. Has education sector experience or a compliance-led sector.
6. Is an excellent communicator - written and oral.
