Key Duties:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
2. Assess and monitor learners' progress
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Collaborate with colleagues and the community
5. Support learners' social and emotional development
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to inspire and motivate your learners
5. Commitment to continuous professional development
