Betsi Cadwaladr University Health board is embarking on a long-term system wide approach to develop its Culture, Leadership and Engagement. To support this work and other key organisational development priorities we are looking for someone with Organisational Development experience who will support us in helping to build the capability of our workforce in alignment with our organisational values.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Administrator to become a part of our dynamic Workforce Modernisation Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert administrative support across various functions and work closely with the Senior Workforce Modernisation Officer to meet all expected aims and objectives.
If you are passionate about workforce modernisation and can demonstrate excellent administrative and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organisational skills that enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
1. Providing administrative support across various areas within the Workforce Modernisation function.
2. Provide secretarial support to the Workforce Modernisation Management Team, including diary management, meeting organisation, and minute taking.
3. Provide support and facilitation for all Widening Access Schemes.
4. Contribute to the research and development of training programmes and events.
5. Support the facilitation of Workforce Modernisation events, including introducing speakers, participant introductions, and assisting trainers and participants.
6. Showcase excellent communication skills and make decisions in line with service level agreements, policies and key performance indicators.
7. Accurately input and maintain relevant databases and systems, producing statistical reports, and ensure data quality.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
