ASW - Adult Social Worker (2 yrs + PQE) - Locality Team (BR11)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our Locality Team (BR11) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE). Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of adults' social care needs.
Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families regarding available services and resources.
Work closely with local partnerships and agencies to ensure integrated support for service users.
Conduct safeguarding investigations and ensure the welfare of vulnerable adults is prioritized.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Participate in supervision and team meetings to ensure best practices are being followed.
Requirements
A recognized qualification in social work and a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and social work frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding and risk assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with service users and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to Social Work England’s professional standards.
Hours Per Week: 36.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.97
