Overview
We are a dynamic and growing property investment company dedicated to delivering high quality services to landlords, tenants, and investors. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team and support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
* Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations using Xero.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts, reports, and financial statements.
* Manage supplier payments and handle client account reconciliations.
* Submit VAT returns and other statutory filings.
* Support payroll processing where required.
* Provide financial data and reports to senior management as needed.
What were looking for
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector.
* Proficiency in Xero is essential.
* Experience with Vebra Alto is highly desirable but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
