Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Mental Health Practitioner to work within the North Cumbria East Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team at an exciting time of positive change. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate high level of commitment, motivation and knowledge of working with people with severe and enduring mental health problems. The role will require clinically effective assessment, care management skills and interventions in accordance with the Care Programme Approach and Care Act framework. The post holders duties will include engagement with clients in the development of person centred, recovery focused care plans. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
