As a Guarantee Advisor, your responsibility will be to manage customer enquiries about their product guarantees and warranties. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure effective claim validation and resolution.

Key Role Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries regarding product guarantees and warranty claims in a timely manner. Validate claims by reviewing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with policy terms, conditions, and exclusions. Identify and communicate any issues related to claims processing or eligibility to customers.
* Assign jobs to appropriate installers based on availability, geographic considerations, and required parts. Communicate appointment details to customers and manage their expectations regarding service timelines.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, claims, and job bookings. Generate reports on claim trends, job performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service, and installation teams) to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts.
Skills and Experience Required:
* No qualifications required; however, proven experience in a customer service office-based environment (B2C) demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is required (Minimum 2 years).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
* A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Starting Salary: £26,500. Competency training framework in place which can increase salary to £28,500.
