Data Protection Information Governance Manager Grade 14 £59,024 - "62,858 Full Time / Permanent Dudley Council is seeking an experienced Data Protection and Information Governance Manager to lead on GDPR, Freedom of Information, and wider information governance compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and strengthen the Council’s approach to data protection, ensuring best practices in transparency, accountability, and information risk management. As the Council’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), you will provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and elected members, oversee GDPR compliance, and support the development of policies and procedures. You will be supported by the Corporate Information Governance Team, working collaboratively across services to embed a strong data protection culture. We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive professional with experience in data protection, information governance, and public sector compliance.
