The Programme Manager will provide subject matter expertise as well as the rigour required to deliver complex change in a large organisation in conjunction with the region. As such the post holder is required to have strong interpersonal skills to work across organisational boundaries. The post holder is expected to be able to present well at high level internal and external board meetings The purpose of the role is to work with both internal and external partners to shape and deliver digital transformative and innovative strategies that provide user-centric services which enhance their experience of our organisation, be that as patient or a member of staff.
