Are you an HR Advisor (seasoned) who likes to work in a standalone role and is happy with 5 days on site?
Our client is a private organisation, well known in its field and has a permanent role for an HR Advisor to join them. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional advice and guidance, managing employee relations cases, coaching and mentoring and dealing with day to day queries. You will be involved in the following:
1. HR Generalist
2. Employee Relations
3. Strategy
4. Stakeholder Management
5. Policies and Processes
6. Recruitment
7. Ad-hoc Projects
You will need the following experience:
1. Ideally CIPD Qualified or studying for qualification
2. Proven experience as HR Advisor/Business Partner
3. Knowledge of HR functions and systems (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
4. Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary/grievance procedures
In return they offer a salary of £40-45k plus a good benefits package.
