You will also assist in the management of the Service. Assisting the on-site management team in supervising all care staff and monitoring the care given to our clients.Spend time with clients and monitor service standards. Conduct regular key working sessions with allocated clients and enable them to participate fully in the life of the service, including clients meetings.Helping clients achieve the aims of their support plan. To provide personal care to identified clients as required. To maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk through assessment, planning, client knowledge and de-escalation as required Helping induct, train, and supervise colleagues and junior members of staff in all aspects of their work in the Home. Writing, updating, and maintaining clients' Care Plans Completion of documentation, referrals and returns where necessary Liaising with necessary internal / external stakeholders, specialist and agencies keeping them up to date with progress of applications / referrals.
