Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and drive the expansion of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), focusing on application onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SOD). This role requires a strong project execution mindset, with the ability to chase team members for deliverables, overcome complex roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track.
The PM will own project timelines, risk management, stakeholder communication, and financial governance, ensuring successful execution in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, project administration expertise, strong experience in JIRA and Confluence, and financial acumen to maintain project budgets and cost tracking.

Qualifications
Required:
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, driving IAM, security, or IT transformation projects.
* Proven ability to chase deliverables, overcome roadblocks, and drive execution in a complex environment.
* Strong expertise in JIRA and Confluence, providing guidance to the team, managing tasks, tracking issues, and maintaining documentation.
* Experience with financial tracking, budgeting, and cost management in IT projects.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience in reporting to senior leadership.
* Strong knowledge of IAM processes and tools, particularly SailPoint IIQ, application onboarding, RBAC, and SOD.
* Strong project administration skills, including documentation, reporting, and governance.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities.
Preferred:
* Experience with GxP validation and IAM compliance frameworks.
* PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile certifications.
* Familiarity with ITIL and service management frameworks.
* Understanding of risk management and compliance-driven IAM implementations.
