Eden Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected global investment firm to find an experienced executive assistant to support a team of investors and traders within their Fixed Income division. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to a group of Emerging Market Debt (EMD) investors and the trading team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring smooth coordination of complex logistics and strategic calendar management on an international scale. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of assistants in London, contributing to the seamless execution of both day-to-day and large-scale events, and playing a key role in the efficiency of this high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic diary management and meeting coordination, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders Preparation for high-level meetings, proactively setting up prep sessions and managing logistics Gatekeeping and resolving scheduling conflicts Coordination of large-scale internal and external events, including international conferences Managing global travel logistics, booking multi-city itineraries, handling visas, and processing expenses Supporting onboarding processes for new team members Cross-coverage support within the administrative team and providing ad hoc visitor support as needed Utilising internal systems to maintain accurate records and run complex reports What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role within a professional services environment, ideally financial services Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times A global mindset, with sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to fostering an inclusive working environment Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and globally influential organisation, if you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and are looking to be part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
