The shift pattern for this part-time Retail Catering Supervisor role is Monday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm. The salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
Department and Location
The Retail Department at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital is seeking a Retail Catering Supervisor to perform various catering duties within our on-site retail outlet, ensuring high-quality customer service and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Serving NHS staff, patients, and visitors
* Supervising catering assistants
* Ensuring health and safety compliance within the department
* Completing all HACCP documentation
* Cash handling and banking
Essential Skills and Experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good organizational skills
* Previous catering and supervisory experience
* Cash and banking handling experience
* Strong customer service skills
