We are in search of a Reporting and Analytics Manager with a strong background in payments and a knack for commercial value optimization. This role is pivotal for our UK SMB portfolio, using automated reporting, insights and analytics to identify opportunities and engage existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical data skills, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth. What you’ll own: Utilize advanced data analytics, reporting and insights skills to identify existing customer management opportunities that drive growth. Create pipeline of insights generation to help leadership understand business performance drivers and levers available in portfolio. Design and implement standardized and automated reporting processes and tools that help senior leadership monitor performance across ECM areas. This will cover attrition, Dormancy, Cross-sales, Retention, margins and overall portfolio performance including team productivity The role holder will be accountable to delivering best in class and actionable insights that measure performance objectively and identifies opportunities for improvement in ECM Work closely with the ECM customer facing teams which include Relationship Management teams and Retention teams to understand sales/service journeys and develop insights that improve performance. Co-ordinate with other areas of the business – Customer Service Operations, Risk, Finance to align a single view of metrics that feed into various reporting committees Develop and maintain Python/SQL-based automated workflows for efficient data preparation, modelling and execution of strategies. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and new business initiatives. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of cross-sales and customer management strategies and adjust models and approaches based on performance data and stakeholder feedback Work closely with wider ECM team to help maintain robust data governance, and enhance data assets that can drive next generation models Champion and deploy appropriate test and learn methodologies in ECM enabling robust measurement of appropriate strategies. Own the execution of customer contact strategy and input into next best action models Where you’ll own it: You’ll own it in from either our London or Gateshead (New Castle) hub. What you bring: Proven experience in Reporting & Analytics roles with a focus on value Optimization, Cross-sales, Retention and Engagement Expert in SQL, Python and Reporting dashboards (e.g. BI, Tableau) with experience in data preparation, cleansing and identifying insights Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating data insights into successful business outcomes. Experience in leveraging test and learn frameworks to articulate incremental impacts and using them to help the business make informed decisions Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and contribute to multiple projects with varying deadlines. Desirable: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience of working in a Snowflake platform environment, salesforce CRM. Payments and SME business knowledge desired.
