Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to provide a nurturing and safe environment for young people. Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and the homes Statement of Purpose. Assist in managing budgets, rotas, and staff allocation to ensure smooth operations. Develop individual care plans, outcomes, and placement plans for each child. Act as a point of contact for Health & Safety matters within the home. Collaborate with external professionals, promoting the organisations values and quality of care. What Were Looking For: Experience in residential childcare, with a proven track record in leadership or supervisory roles. A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the Quality Standards 2015. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The ability to manage resources effectively, ensuring financial viability and operational efficiency. A reflective practitioner with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
