M&E SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: BELFAST, NI
We are pleased to announce that we have multiple vacancies for experienced M&E Supervisors to join us on our Belfast site. Our M&E Supervisors ensure that the mechanical and electrical aspects of our construction project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong background in either electrical, plumbing, or mechanical disciplines. It is essential that applicants have hands-on site experience and a proven track record of managing and supervising M&E works on large scale construction projects. Essential behavioural competencies include commercial awareness, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, and problem-solving.
The M&E Supervisor will:
* Oversee and coordinate M&E works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
* Manage and supervise a team of M&E technicians and subcontractors.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to M&E installations.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used and any issues encountered.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor in the construction industry.
* Strong bias in either electrical, plumbing, or mechanical disciplines.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in M&E disciplines are preferred.
* Approach tasks with initiative.
* Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload.
* Be safety aware.
