About the role
You will provide administrative and organizational support to our Provisioning Team, ensuring smooth resource management of technology and equipment across our 30 offices nationwide. Responsibilities include processing new starters and leavers, office refurbishments, and equipment repairs or returns.
* Documentation: Maintain and organize manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
* Inventory Management: Track and manage IT assets, hardware, and software.
* Procurement: Assist with procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
* User Support: Provide customer service to employees, troubleshooting issues as needed.
* Project Assistance: Support IT projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.

What are we looking for in a candidate?
* Strong organizational and time management skills; administrative experience preferred, tech skills not essential.
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous administrative experience, preferably within an IT environment.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality service within SLAs.
* Team-oriented attitude, supportive, positive, and adaptable.
* Careful, methodical approach to work, following processes and procedures accurately.
* This is an office-based role in Stoke; occasional travel to other offices may be required.
