We have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently looking for a dedicated and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator you will be marketing and letting properties to customers, managing the process from the outgoing customer giving notice to end their tenancy, through to onboarding the new customer into their home. The person Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role, preferably in letting housing, with strong customer care skills demonstrating high levels of customer ownership and accountability? Do you have excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and decision-making skills? Are you able to produce clear, concise reports, correspondence and marketing information in plain English and appropriate to target audiences? Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards? If so, we would love to hear from you.
