GSL Education are currently looking for an energetic and dedicated individual to work as an Activities Instructor in a local school based in Poole starting from January.

The school serves as an Alternative Provision for students who are unable to access mainstream education due to factors such as health issues and behavioural challenges. About the Role:
As an Activities Instructor, you will lead engaging activities to help students with behavioural challenges develop key skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a variety of engaging, fun, and educational activities tailored to the needs of students with behavioural challenges.
Support students in developing their social, emotional, and physical skills through structured group sessions.
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure activities align with individual learning plans.
Encourage student participation, independence, and personal growth through creative play and exploration.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience of working with children, preferably in a school setting.
A passion for working with young people and creating positive, enriching experiences.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
Creative, flexible, and adaptable approach to activity planning.
A commitment to inclusivity and understanding the diverse needs of SEN students.
