Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will help create, manage and deliver content marketing assets for the brand across all markets, ensuring that all assets comply with the Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.
In particular, they will:

3. Have experience in creating content that engages with consumers across digital and physical touchpoints (websites, SEO, email, blogs, social media and in shopper marketing).
4. Work closely with the Marketing Director in establishing & updating the Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice documents and ensuring consistency of brand and messaging in all we do
5. Be an excellent project manager, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to create and execute the content marketing strategy
6. Be able to inspire, motivate, lead and develop a team of less experienced individuals to deliver as per our high standards
7. Be a self-motivated, driven individual with great interpersonal and communication skills
8. Manage consumer queries, complaints and comments via the website and social channels on a daily basis, responding swiftly and in the style of the company.
