Start Date: January 2025 Salary Details: Grade 5. This attracts a salary range of £23,118 to £23,505 per annum, awarded on a pro-rata basis. Your starting salary would be approximately £12,775.01 (Pay Point 7).
Hours of work: 30 hours per week, term-time only for an initial period of 6 weeks
The successful candidate will:
Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will bring a sense of energy and passion to the role
Have a good level of general education - English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or above is essential
Be able to use their initiative to work independently and flexibly
Be a person with good interpersonal skills who can form positive relationships with both pupils and adults, and work effectively as part of a team
Be someone who is able to show empathy and flexibility towards the children in their care
