As the Customer Support Co-ordinator, your role is to use adaptability to provide support to the wider Customer Experience team, taking care of administration duties, supporting with customer problems and queries; supporting & leading customer meetings; providing support to customers and building knowledge of the processes and procedures.
Salary c£32,242 (depending on experience) plus bonus and generous benefits including uncapped holidays, Private Medical Insurance and informal flexible agile working.
