Key Responsibilities
Manage full secretarial support to legal team
Maintain organised client records
Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries and scheduling meetings
Liaising with each member of the Legal team to ensure all processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance standards in all administrative tasks
Required Experience
Ideally having one to two years experience in a similar role with provision of administrative or legal administration in a busy office.
Must have experience and competence in Microsoft Office and use of Spreadsheets, Excel, Word.
Knowledge of drafting software is not a prerequisite but could be an advantage, as is any previous work in a support role in a Legal related position.
