Join us as a Product Manager and help bring new ideas to life In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to create and define products that are driven by a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and cutting-edge technology. You’ll play a crucial part in researching, validating, and refining product features that delight customers and meet client expectations. As you guide the product from concept to launch, you’ll work alongside a passionate product team to ensure that every decision aligns with our vision for success. Key to this role is owning the full product lifecycle – from developing a winning strategy to driving go-to-market efforts and managing the product's journey in the market. You’ll set ambitious KPIs and metrics to track success and growth, ensuring we achieve both our business goals and a lasting impact in the marketplace. As one of our Product Managers, you will: Drive strategic innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance business performance through data-driven insights. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, confidently leading executive meetings and ensuring effective communication across all parties. Own the delivery of business case development and deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives. Gather and define product requirements by engaging with cross-functional teams, balancing technical and commercial perspectives. Collaborate with product marketing to shape compelling product positioning, messaging, and narrative. Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, making them accessible and actionable. Engage with customers directly, both in person and online, with travel opportunities within the UK and internationally You will be set up for success as one of our Product Managers, if you have: Knowledge of anti-piracy technologies, including watermarking, fingerprinting, and DRM. Strong experience in agile methodologies, driving efficient software development and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, with practical experience in platforms like AWS and Azure. A good grasp of data science and analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Proven ability to gather and translate customer and market requirements into clear, actionable user stories for internal teams. Financial acumen, with experience assessing ROI and clearly communicating financial models to stakeholders. Experience in product ownership throughout the entire lifecycle—concept, development, testing, go-to-market, and in-life management. Comfortable leading customer discussions, building strong relationships to capture and refine product requirements. Quick to learn and understand new technical and commercial concepts, with the ability to stay ahead of market trends. A collaborative team player, demonstrating initiative, drive, and professionalism. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results.
