About You
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our dedicated team.

First and foremost, you will provide support and care to the amazing people we support with a wide range of complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs.
As a Team Leader, you will demonstrate a natural ability to motivate people and create an amazing place to work.
Role Responsibilities
1. Empowering the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives.
2. Create, organise and monitor individual care plans to ensure safe practices.
3. Provide personal care including support with health and medication needs.
4. Lead the team of support workers whilst on shift, providing guidance and support.
5. Organise the team to ensure all tasks are completed.
6. Manage attendance, annual leave and absences.
7. Follow our procedures to ensure we give consistent, safe and reliable care and support.
8. Assess and support your team to deliver brilliant quality every day.
9. Process finances and manage medication orders.
Desirable skills and experience
1. RQF Level 2 or above in social care
2. Previous experience as a Team Leader/ Senior Support Worker within social care setting
3. Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
4. Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks
5. Confident IT user
