Job Title: Secondary SEN / SEMH Teacher
We are seeking a qualified or experienced teacher to join our team as a Secondary SEN / SEMH Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
* To plan, deliver, and assess engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized learning plans that promote student progress and well-being.
* To establish positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Requirements:
* Qualification in Teaching (QTS) or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of SEN and SEMH principles and practices.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
