Sales/Business Development Executive
Purpose:
The Sales/Business Development Executive will be responsible for actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow Aeristech's consultancy and sub-contracting divisions, as well as expanding the market presence for upcoming product lines. The role requires a proactive individual with strong business acumen, technical sales expertise, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Research potential business leads, contact via email and telephone and follow up, with a view to converting to sales.
* Prepare quotes quickly, respond to email or telephone enquiries, report into the company CRM database, running multiple enquiries. Provide reports from CRM along with other computer Microsoft Office software.
* Develop relationships with OEMs, and end use customers, providing technical sales support as the product manufacturer.
* Provide feedback about customer trends to the management team and to external suppliers, to ensure the right services/products are being developed.
* Develop strong customer relationships and be able to travel worldwide to visit clients and support the full sales process.
* Selling:
* Test cell capacity.
* Engineering design services for high-speed motors and drives.
* Engineering simulation services.
* Bearing integration and small volume production.
* Turnkey small volume prototypes.
* Engineering training courses.
* Always present a professional image of oneself, the department and the company.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Proven track record in a sales or business development role within a target-driven environment.
* Experience in technical sales, particularly within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial consultancy sectors.
* Strong ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships, including OEMs and end-users.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
