Job Description
The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by effectively sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for various positions within Electus Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and contributing to the overall success of the HR team.
About The Role
Recruitment Strategy:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
* Collaborate with HR team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
* Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust candidate pool.
Candidate Management:
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
* Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and specific hiring needs.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a collaborative hiring process.
Compliance:
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations, including externa stakeholders regulations
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
Reporting:
* Generate and maintain recruitment reports to track key metrics.
* Provide regular updates to Head of HR on recruitment progress and challenges.
Employer Branding:
* Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the healthcare sector.
* Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous understanding of the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance would be advantageous
