We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Customer Service Administrator. This is full time and temporary position for 1 month and office based (no working from home days). Very interesting and varied role.
Work Pattern: Contractual Hours 30
Monday - Friday 10:00am -16:30
30 Minute Lunch to be taken between 12-14:00
Hourly rate £13 per hour
Overall purpose of the job:
To provide general administrate support to the Customer Service Supply Chain and Logistics Team.
Key areas of responsibility:
* General Administration
* Scanning and online file of orders
* Shredding of scanned documents
* Support on Chasing Export documentation
* Checking ASN receipts for orders dispatched
* Ship confirms orders for invoicing on JDE
* Support team in raising Sales orders on JOE as required
* Customer Service
* Support team with customer queries
* Support in maintaining the Order mailbox And any other general administration process as required
